Privacy
FCRisk collects only the information needed to respond to enquiries and operate the website securely.
Information submitted through the contact form
If you submit an enquiry, FCRisk receives the details you provide, such as your name, role, organisation, professional email, organisation type, selected area of interest, engagement route, preferred contact method and message. This information is used to review and respond to the enquiry.
Contact-form message content is not stored in a website database by the form. The enquiry is delivered to contact@fcrisk.com through the configured email service.
What not to submit
Do not send customer records, account data, credentials, SAR/STR material, investigation evidence, privileged documents, source code or other sensitive client information through the public form. A secure exchange route can be agreed separately where required.
Security and essential session data
The contact form uses a short-lived security session, a one-time CSRF token, same-origin checks, server-side validation, rate limiting and automated-submission controls. See the Cookie Notice for details.
Direct contact
Privacy-related questions about information submitted to FCRisk can be sent to contact@fcrisk.com.
Self-assessment privacy
The Financial Crime Control-Chain Self-Assessment runs locally in the browser. The answers selected and the resulting indicative score are not submitted to FCRisk by the assessment tool.
