Public factual examples, statistics, penalties, affected-population figures and causal claims should be supported by authoritative primary sources. Interpretation should be labelled as analysis rather than presented as official fact. Experience statements should distinguish personal accountability from wider programme outcomes and should not imply client endorsement.
